If you have a divorce case, there are automated interviews available that will complete some motions for you after you answer some questions (these do not work if your case number ends with a C or a P). At the end of the interview you will have to save them and file them with the family court. It is best to use Chrome or Firefox (Safari is not recommended and not supported).

Re-Noticing a hearing: If your motion hearing was cancelled because the other party was not served correctly and you need to reset the hearing, file a Renotice of Motion.
Proof of service: You must serve the other party with your motion or opposition after you file it by mail or by eservice. If they moved, serve them by mail to their address on file, their actual address, and their actual email address. Fill out and file a Certificate of Service form so the judge knows that you served the other party.
