Many thanks and I’m sorry for the late reply.
I’ve followed your suggestion and uninstalled the Adobe DC Pro trial version, then re-installed again as administrator, the print file as a PDF file has been successful and the error issue also resolved, in addition I’ve verified the Standard joboptions was installed in the “C:\ Program files (x86) \Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Settings\”, hence supposedly the error message displayed and reported as "Adobe PDF Settings file read error in C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Adobe PDF\Settings\Standard.joboptions" was a confusion? but I’m not too sure?
Yes, thanks again and indeed you are correct this read error is related to Acrobat installation in the user's file system permissions & access privileges.
