To change your mobile number online, the only thing you need the most is a good internet connection, ATM, and your activated mobile number. A Retail Internet Banking customer (Resident customer) having an active ATM cum Debit card which account is mapped with an internet banking username, can change his/her mobile number online without visiting branch.

How to change mobile number in SBI: Online

  1. By OTP on both the Mobile Number.
  2. IRATA: Internet Banking Request Approval through ATM.
  3. Approval through Contact Centre.
